Only resently when I open my word document the blank
document is not correct. At the top the only thing you see

I recently installed a Works Suite 2001 CD on Windows 98
and am able to access everything successfully EXCEPT Word

I want to insert a symbol in a Word document, but when I choose the Symbol command in the Insert menu, no Symbol dialog box shows up. The Customize command in the Tools menu is also greyed out and not available. What is wrong?
