Using Word 2000.  Often documents lock up (often when I go to print or save) Top bar with my document name and Mocrosoft Word and the Document tab in the task bar blink.  The only way to stop it is to control alt delete multiple times and close the document.

When I tried to scan and save in Word recently I got the following error message
" Windows cannot find C:\Progra~1\Micos~2\office10\windword.exe
and I could not proceed

Randomly I loose my cursor in word while editing a
document or even when away from my computer. Alt F X will
close the program, but I have to restart my machine before
I again see the cursor. I can also see file etc.

After reinstalling Office XP Professional (Version 2002)
on my computer, I tried to use Microsoft Word; but each
time I type a letter, the entire row on the screen goes
black, and I can no longer see the characters I type.  

After typing a few lines I'll put in a series of stars (editorial requirement). I have no problem when I do this.

Has anyone else experienced problems with MS Word (2000) where it instantly
bins out if you use the mousewheel?

Would someone be so kind as to help in this instance.  Word 2000 has
the entire menu disappear.  I am not certain if a series of keys are
hit that cause this, however, completely uninstalling word and
reinstalling it does not resolve the problem.  Deleting normal.dot

when trying to print from word xp,  the page numbers
apear as {PAGE}  in the document instead of the numbers
and some pictures don't apear in the printed page,

Whenever opening a document that is formatted / controlled
by a template that was created in word 97, word displays a
login window(similar to passport login window)click cancel

When I try to open up any .doc file in word it says that
the file is not available.  This also happens to other XP
files such as .xls, .ppt etc  Any help would be
