The ruler measurement is stuck in Pica even when I go to
Tools>Options>General and change it.

I have a user that can't save WORD documents in SO2003
when she retrieves the original WORD 2000 document and
then tries to SAVEAS.

I am helping a friend with this problem.  A document is
typed, formated, etc.  It is opened on another day and it
reverts to the default fonts, formats, etc. as well as
mocing the whole page to one side.

I'm editing a term paper for a friend, which she sent to me as a Word
email attachment. For some reason Word isn't picking up spelling
errors in this particular doc, even though it works fine when I'm
editing other Word docs.

Are there any updates to KB 810162? I am not a red hot
programmer and would be afraid to tackle this fix.

Whenever I click on any WORD document and WORD opens, the

I have a document with 14 pages. After I inserted a table
(2cols by 4 rows), the page numers keep increasing and
