Today, after working all day, I tried getting into my Word Program (part of Office 97), but I would get as far as the Word billboard and it freezes. When I press Ctrl-Alt- Delete the prompt comes up with "insufficient memory."

If I open 2 word documents, both of which have all text formatted as a 12 point font, then I select the text of one document and paste it into the other, it gets pasted as a 10 point font. How can I preserve the correct font size when doing this?

I have a new machine that came with windows2000 and office 2003 when you open word you get word is saving normal but it never creates the normal .dot. I have windows 2000 service pack 4 on all of these machines. What could be causeing this problem Thanks in Advance Pete
