I have Word 2000. When I start Word, a new document appears, but NO MENU OR TOOL BAR appears. Keyboard Shortcuts are working fine, and everythin els is on the screen apart from the bars.

Whenever I start Word 2000, I receive the following messages: "The global template, NORMAL.DOT, is already open as an add-in program." and then I get "The add-in template is not valid. (Y:\~$Normal.dot)"

Word2000 shutdown completely (Windows NT 4.0 Workstation). I have use /a switch it works fine but after removing the /a it shutdowns completely. I haven't seen this kind of problem before.

Until janury 2004 I used a betaversion of Office 2003. When its working peruod expired I switched back to my Office XP, but among other problems (Outlook pst files from 2003 version could not open i Outlook XP) I could not use Word in normal mode.
