Twice I have encountered an situation midway into writing
a document in Word 2003. In doing just minor editing, in
this case changing a few lines to Italics, my system froze
and I lost over an hour's worth of work. Two questions

  Word 2000 wants to connect to website
167.206.3.233:DNS everytime I open it.  I assume this has
something to do with the Office update site, but am not
sure.  I've searched for it and haven't had any luck.  

is it possible to add more colors to the highlight button?

Unable to print do to notice of "Error opening file".  
Print comes out blank.  Any Suggestions.

i am in the middle of a huge college senior project
(poetry) and my computer says that word shut down
abnormally and is now open in safe mode.  i typed my
poems and ate dinner, but then word shut down again.  so

Can not print from Word Perfect#10. Error opening file.

Using word 97 on Windows 98. Get error message and cannot
open any documents - "Word has insufficient memory".
Now when I open AOL it begins a "Diagnostic test", ie:
MSDos prompt, Netstat, etc. Any help as to where to start

I am getting an error 'formatting to complex' in Word XP
after woking on the file for abount 5 mins.  I must then
save the file and exit Word and reload the document. Some
times I can not save the file but must exit word and

Word will create and save documents, but when I try to
open new or old files, I get the message:
the file " " is not available

should be blank, has text on it. How do I get it to the
proper "blank " condition? Which template or file needs
to be deleted or modified?

I've tried downloading a fix from the internet but it still does this. Any
