Word 2000 wants to connect to website 167.206.3.233:DNS everytime I open it. I assume this has something to do with the Office update site, but am not sure. I've searched for it and haven't had any luck.

Using word 97 on Windows 98. Get error message and cannot open any documents - "Word has insufficient memory". Now when I open AOL it begins a "Diagnostic test", ie: MSDos prompt, Netstat, etc. Any help as to where to start

When I start up Word 2003 - the default document, which should be blank, has text on it. How do I get it to the proper "blank " condition? Which template or file needs to be deleted or modified?

Lately, every time I open or shut a Word document, I get the message "Compile error in hidden module: Auto Exec." It doesn't seem to be affecting anything, but would like to fix whatever is wrong.
