Recently the File toolbar option does not drop down a menu when you click it. All other toolbars options, ie Edit, View, Tools, etc., all drop down fine. I thought it may be related to add-ins from a Dymo Labelwriter printer, but after speaking with their tech support, they say ...

After installing office97 I execute Word97. The Word flash screen and opening screen appear and after about 20 seconds it disappears and i am back at the desktop and the Winword.exe file is gone preventing any further executions

We are running Office 2001 (Mac version) on an Apple computer. One of our users has suddenly lost all the options that appear under the task pane eg.under FILE there appears no option, likewise with EDIT, VIEW,etc Please HELP

I have 2002 version of Office xp Prof. I have had no problems until recently when I cannot save any Word document. If I hit the File-Save as Menu nothing happens. I can sace excel access etc docs. Any ideas?

For some reason when I try to open a document I get an error that says Cannot find file then shows the location of the document. However, I am clicking the actual document in Windows Explorer so I know it's there.
