I am unable to find installation package WORDRET.MSI
needed to install Microsoft Word 2002

Having replaced the hard drive in my PC, I used the OEM's
restore facility to reinstall the as-supplied operating
system (Windows Me) and programs including MS Works 2000.
Additionally, I reinstalled other applications that I had

when i try to open microsoft word there is a problem with
shortcut and it says that this action is only valid for
products that are currently installed. i have windows me.

After fighting off a severe attack of files with trojan
horses this weekend, and deleting what I thought were all
temporary internet files with the intruder, I found that
my keyboard does not work with Microsoft Word and Excel.  

When we click on the Word icon we get the registry page
and the hour glass and the system locks up there. How do
we fix?

When I click on word icon it trys to open but hangs with
the hour glass still showing.  I re-installed but still
does the same thing.
Any suggestions?

When ever I try to use the bullets or numbers feature I

I am trying to undo a rename file,  Accidentaly renamed a
file the same as another and need the original file
back.  Does anyone know how to recover the file?

I'd like to report a bug in Word 2000 and I'm not sure
where to do it.
