When I close a document, I get prompt to save a document.
But I did not make any changes to the document.

I was working on a file in Word when it was suddenly
closed. I tried to access it but the program told me it
was no longer there. I have checked the Recycle Bin and
also ran a search, but with no results. I have noticed

When trying to close a document on Word 2000 (using the
[x] in the right hand corner or Exit under File), I get
