I can see the file but when I try to open it tells me "Document name or path is invalid". Was working on it yesterday. Note: I did a disk clean-up today before I try to open it again. Thank you from Iraq

I have re-posted this query since I have not received a reply:
It seems to me that my Word 2003 program constantly re-issues a corrupted
Normal.dot file after word closes:
If I first remove the Normal.dot file, I can start word in WIN XP without problems.

I just installed Word 2003 aqnd it will not read any of my old files.  It says "[file name] is unavailable".  When I try to close the program it says the file "normal" already exists; do you want to replace it
