When I try to exit word I keep getting a message that says "abnormal termination" and when I click OK it throws me out of the program without saving my document.  Then I have to re-enter Word, where it asks me to save over my old "normal" template and attemps to recover the file. ...

Well, I've managed to successfully uninstall and reinstall Office 97 Pro
thinking that uninstalling/reinstalling would eliminate the problem I've
been having with this error when I attempt to print, page setup, page
preview, save, etc...
