The "tools" and "formatting" menus have disappeared from the menu band
in Word.  Any idea how to retrieve them?

After typing several word documents, after i have saved

We've had this problem before and I've managed to fix it
on a few of our company's computers however this last one
decided to be different and wait until we'd discarded the

My Microsoft Word application is only typing in capital
letter even though the caps lock is not on and the shift
key is not depressed.  I have tried rebooting and nothing

When I unlock a form after filling the fields and print it

We are having issues with the users accessing templates. When you go into Word and do your "alt"+"F11" to get the Visual Basic Editor there are no projects (just an empty screen) shown.

We're having a problem with workgroup templates. Whenever one of our users
opens a template document the base style (in our case body text) changes to
underline. Since most of the other styles are based upon this style, the
