I just bought a new Office 2003. It did nothing for the problem that I have experienced with Word 2000: Every time I open Word one of our document shows, rather than a blank page.

Everytime I open a pre-existing document with any Office program such as Access, Excel, Word and so on I receive an error message stating that C://..../THE FILE NAME.doc is being used. Do you want to make a copy?

Some keys no longer perform as before, e.g. When I highlight text and press 'Delete' key the text is not deleted, but a 'Delete block? No (Yes) prompt appears at the foot of the screen. Does anybody know what has caused this and how to correct?
