When clicking on word, the word screen flashes and the screen reverts to main screen. The bottom of screen shows the word program as running. Can only get out by ending task.

We have a file on Word 97 ofice on a Dell with Word 2000. We try to open up the floppy and it says you do not have access to this folder see administrator. How can we access the floppy? Thanks!

On using word xp, i am now finding that one certain file makes word crash completely whenever I try to cut/copy and paste parts of the text into another word document. Pasting it into another part of the same doc is fine.
