This really isn't an error I'm having but an issue.  We
want to password protect an rtf document.  I go under
options>security - I type in the password under the
section to password protect opening.  It pops up a box

We have a computer here that won't hold any style
formatting. Can you suggest how we might fix this? We

I have a user who works with word documents as templates.
She opens up her documents and modifies whatever text
needs to be updated and when she closes the document she
gets the message box to send information to microsoft.

I am unable to open Word or get in to any Word documents
either through Word or Works on my PC. I am sure that I

When I start WORD, the original Word startup panel shows
up and the screen freezes there.   I have to END the
