Can't get Word to boot up. All I get is the logo with the reg.# and the normal grey background. I re-installed Word (which is part of Office 2000) twice now with no change. I'm at a loss. Can anyone3 help?

We have recently rolled out XP with Office 2002. Now when users open Word Docs which were created in Word 97 they often corrupt. Anyone else seen this before or got any ideas? We used to have Windows 98. Thanks in advance.

Sometimes when I go File->Print the print dialog window "pops under" other windows including the windo for the document I'm trying to print. When this happens the task bar icon for that flashes orange. I have to hunt around on the desktop to find the dialog window and or minimise ...

In Word, occaisionally my Intellipoint mouse wheel will begin to scroll the document horizontally rather than vertically and the only way I've found out of this problem is to restart the document. I'm not seeing any kb docs so is this some sort of 'feature' I'm turning on ...
