Everytime I open a new document now, I have these right
angle brackets in all four corners of the document. I

No way to save or save as my word documents.
The only way is to lose everything. Even when exiting
word, at the prompt window indicating do you want to
save, yes, no, exit; the yes button does not work. the

When I open a word document and then try to do a "save as"
command, The blue menue heading begins to flash and the

My operating system is Windows XP Home Edition.
I was using Word 2000 in Small Business Office 2000.
I was typing with the alphabetical keys (A - Z)
and my document vanished from my computer monitor.

Receiving error when opening a document from Word,
that "the document is being used, do you want to make a
copy?

My friend's PC is running Word 2000 and when he prints a saved document by
clicking the print icon, it prints fine.  If he selects File, Print, Word

I am having problems opening files in MS Word XP.
