This has now happened to me 3 times. I have a document that I have worked on
various days and saved, etc. I go in to make some minor changes and I get a
application error and then am asked to send Microsoft a report, of which I
do and then I get thrown out. When I go back into Word, ...

i can not open word properly, so i can not get the product
id to be able to send an email support request...
word opens then immediately proceeds to display an error
message to the effect that it "has encounterd a problem

Word 2002. When I click the Style drop-down to select a
style, Word closes. No warning, no nothing.

My computer uses WIN 98SE and WORD 97 which has always
worked well before. Now, when I click on
Start>Programs>Microsoft Word, the Word 97 window comes
up - then the large Word screen comes with a grey screen

This was intermittent but is now constant so I can't use
WORD 2002, in Office for students and teachers.
I get "Word has encountered a problem and must close."  I
can't get any work done and can't afford to call

I just had installed Office 2003 and now Word takes the CPU to 100% by
simply launching the application with a blank document.  Other
applications appear to be not effected but I can hear the cooling fan
on the CPU speeding up to compansate for the increase CPU activity.

I have problem when I open my Clip Art.It can't opent and
it say:-
WINWORD HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN RPCRT4.DLL
WINWORD WILL NOW CLOSE.

Formatting keeps changing,when I insert a bullet, the
whole doc becomes bulleted?

I am running Word 2003 Pro with Windows XP Pro. I use
Adobe Acrobat and often convert Word documents into PDF
for distribution. I opend my word today, only to find
