When I select a word and open the font window I have this
anomaly.  The preview window doesn't show the selection.  
Instead it shows the word "sample" in English on the left
and shows something in Arabic on the right.

Even while I'm sending this message words like (the _._.
the...Ect) kepp appearing on the sreen. What is going on.
Also as I've lost (stupid!!..yes I know) and Now cannot
reload Word, which seems to be the worst affected.

After making a change to an already saved and important .doc file I
decided not to make the correction ... Up came the window "Would you
like to save the changes?" and with a knee jerk reaction just hit the
"NO" button ... lost my many hours of preciously hard work.

I have word 2003 professional.  I'm trying to open a
document that was created with word 2000.  This file is
on a network, and people with word 2000 are able to open
the file, but people with word 2003 are not, we get a

When I open a new word document the page count at the
bottom of the page showes 1 of 2 instead 1 of 1, then in a
few seconds the page count advance from 1 of 2 to 1 of 22.
What can I do to elimate this problem?

Hello i put a file on a floppy disk but when i put it onto a CD disc on D:/ it wouldnt open and now i have put it back on the computer it wont open, the error that comes up is:

When I open a previously saved document and try to edit it, word generates
an error and exits the entire program. Any ideas on where to look for the
problem

As shown below, when using Bullets and Numbering in Word
2003, the bullets will not indent. Until recently the
bullet would indent automatically when I pushed the tab

I have XP Small Business.  When I open a new Word

I am having some problems with Word...  I recently had to
reformat my computer and reinstall everything (due to
internet problems).  When I reinstalled Microsoft Office
(XP) on to the computer (running Windows 98 SE) Word

All of a sudden when I go to open my Word program, it will
not open.  It gives me an erro message saying I do not
have the file "winword.exe".  I have removed the program
and reinstalled it and it still gives the is error

I copied a file from A CD back to the hard drive, the problem was i put the file on Floppy disk then put it on CD then copied it back to the HD, but now it comes up with the error:
Document cannot open and then give suggestions of check this and check that and check file open and ...

Not as simple as it sounds. CAN print an envelope in Word,
can print from web pages, emails, etc. CANNOT print a
document composed in Word (or Excel either)
Have even reloaded (without uninstalling problem version)
