Without meaning to, I got out of a Word document without saving it.  Is there anyway I can retrieve it?

My system operates with Windows Millenium.  I am using
Word 97.  For some unknown reason for the past few days, I
have not been able to access Word.  Whenever I click on

I just have started to receive this error in Word 2000
with SP-3. "The Disk is full or too many files are open."
I tried trouble shooting this problem as described in the

Everytime I try to open a file in Word 2003, by clicking

As a company we use lots of macros within our Word
templates, which have buttons allocated on the toolbar.  
We have loaded Adobe Acrobat 6 and the macro buttons have
disappeared.  We have taken Acrobat off and they have

Several of you have already downloaded SP2.  I wonder how
many of you have tried the following and ended up with an
error message?  I have confirmed this with three other SP2
