my new documents has text from a previous document. The
same text appears on all new document pages. How do I
correct this.

Word 2000: If you go to Insert and then click on Date and Time, the correct
date appears, but if you start typing the date, autotext comes up with an
incorrect date by one day. Any ideas why this might be?

hey. i had a virus, and had norton antivirus take care of
everything, a i think it deleted "wkswp.exe" the program
came with my computer, so i dont have a disk, and i REALLY
dont wanna do a system restore. is there anything i can do?

Since I installed word XP everytime I start word (maximized) it overlaps my
taskbar. When I click on open file or new, it blinks and I can do nothing.
Only in "window mode" I can use the program right.
Who can help?

The problem that is occuring on my computer is that when i
open a word document it opens in 3 seperate columns rather
then just opening in one large one

I explain
on higlighting text (word a sentence) I can't use the
backspace for deleting it, i must use DELETE ... this

when I try to check a spelling or use a help file the
dialogue boxes open but are invisible. they respond to
hitting the return key as if they are there and the main
window loses its focus but I cannot see the box to use it.

When I try to open a certain document I get the message: file in use or read
only. It won't open. This happens if I try to use "recently used" list, file
open command or simply double clicking the file in windows Explorer.

I am getting Blue screen of death when using microsoft
word on NT4 envoirement. I have (1) reinstalled office 97.

When I open Word, new file or existing file, an extra
instance of Word appears in the taskbar. Clicking it
sometimes does nothing, sometimes displays a blank Word
area. Closing Word closes everything normally. Any advice

We're just setting up terminal services and I notice when
on a client terminal and using Word to send a message

message:  The operation failed. There is no other
