When I insert an image (drawing, line, etc.) into the footer, the page number goes to zero instead of one. I tried formatting the page number to say "Start with 1" but that doesn't work. (There are no section breaks in the document either)

Hi folks. We installed service pack 2 last week,and since then we have had a problem with MS WORD. When we try to access the program, the word page comes up, and then immediately defaults back out of the program.

I have 2 different laptops with Office 2003 Small Business Edition. When connected to the network they work fine. When disconnected, both laptops produce an error saying "Word has generated an error and needs to close".
