The top line on my screen document is at 0 inches  even
though I have the top margin set to 1 inch. I'm using
print layout. The document will Print correctly.

Opening Word 2000 is not a problem.  All features work if
I can get to them without clicking on "File".  When I
click on "File" I get the error of Word encountered
a "problem" and has to shut down.  Anyone else encounter

When I use the field in the footer to indicate the page number and total
number of pages, I will see:

However, when it is printed, I obtain:

After double click on the rtf file, a blank Word window opens, then just
blinks between task bar and window header.  Can minimize and restore, but
that is about all.  CPU goes to 100%.  Cannot kill or close the application.  
Each ctrl-alt-del starts multiple task managers?  Task ...

I have been trying to print Microsoft Word documents, and
in almost every copy a block of text is missing. The
holes are in a different place every time, even with the
same document. I haven't noticed the problem when I print

My copy of Word 2000 from Office 2000 Premium crashes
everytime I open it. Within a few seconds, I get a crash
alert, and It shuts down.

on my top tool line ie file edit view etc,my tools option
will not activate all other buttons have a drop down menu
but not tools, any help out there

After working with a MS Word XP file for a while, an
error message pops up "Unknown error 0X800A1007". After
that it's impossible to save and/or close the file, had
to use the MS Application recovery utility.

The scroll bar disappeared from Word 2003. How do I reintroduce it?

Just recently the "Insert, Symbol" feture is not working
on my Word 2003. I have run the "Detect and Repair"
feature and even re-installed Office (with out removing
Office Completely first)

Microsoft Office came installed on my computer when I
bought it 2 years ago.  Earlier this year I had a virus,
and had to have the hard drive re-formatted (or replaced,
I don't remember which).  At any rate, I can't get Word
