Captions and equations are always linked to predefined heading levels (styles
Heading 1, 2 etc.).
For example, when using a form "Fig. 1-1", field codes have a form similar to:
Fig. { STYLEREF 1 /s }-{ SEQ Figure \* Arabic 1 }

my word doc. hang when they are virus scanned and i have to contril alt
delete to get out after many attempts it works

somehow I have a file in one of my folders that I cannot delete.
I keep getting access denied and if I look at the properties it says it is a
tmp file
how do I get rid of it please ??
