When i use Word or outlook, i get an error message that says that Word has encountered a problem and will shut down. After it shut down, it will try to recover the document. This goes on and on. I tried uninstalling office and re-installing but no use.

When I go into "my documents" and click on a word doc it will not open and says "not responding". I have never had this problem before. I have Office XP Pro installed. I uninstalled and reinstalled office and it did not resolve the problem. Can anyone help?

When I click on a word document Word loads but the document does not open. If I then use OPEN from Word and browse to the document it will open. Anyone else experience this? Oh yes, this is in Word XP
