I just installed Office 2003 on my XP SP2 system.  When I exit Word (or
Excel) I get a "Microsoft Office Word has encountered a problem and needs to
close" error.  When I do a debug, I get the following fault information :-

When I'm using any version of Word after I have started using the program for
60 seconds the program will automatically shutdown.

Whenever I try to print a Word document I would fist get the error message,

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the problem

Have an automated process running with word and get the following warnings
with word.
1. "The file Normal.dot already exists.  Do you want to replace the existing
file?"

I am not sure  what I did bbut everytime I open a  new Word Document it is
not blabnk. I have done everything to try to cahnge it, restarted, reloaeded

There is no option of Endnote from the drop down toos menu. It should be

Recently my MS Word 2000 has developed the following
glitch.
When I open the program instead of a blank page there
appears the opening page of a file which I had created

I did a system recovery after something went whacky on my computer.  As a
result, I can't get into any of the Office products I have on the computer.  
Since I downloaded them (Office for Students) I can't find the product ID.
