We use Windows 2000 and the boss is using Microsoft Office 2003.
When the boss creates an outline numbered list it doesn't automatically put

I am trying to use Microsoft Auto Route but am unable to access it. Error
message reads as in subject

When I enter the trademark symbol it will place it at the bottom instead of
the top. Is there any way to make it align at the top? For example REALTOR®.
The ® symbol should be smaller and aligned at the top of the word REALTOR.

When using Word, Excel, or Access,(Office XP Pro)  and attempting to print,
the programs freeze. When attempting to reopen the rescued file, the message

We are getting more and more documents arriving from our clients via

I created a template using Word XP with macros, toolbars and menus changes,
I have now upgraded to Word 2003.  The macros are sitting in the template but
the customised menus and toolbars do not show.  I am unable to recreate them
as Word 2003 will not let me custmoise toolbars ...

Whenever I create a new macro in Word, after I have quit the application and
then reloaded Word, the macro has disappeared.
The macro is associated with the Normal.dot template.
