When opening a word document, I can see Horizontal lines on all the
page...
They don't show when printing the document, and they are showing only
in the Print Layout.

I'm not 100% sure how this problem came about, but when opening some
documents, the text gets stack up on top of each other where you can't read
anything. When you try to type something new, the cursor stays in the same
place and the text stacks on top of each other.
