word 2003 will open correctly for one user on our computer but will only open
to the bottom task bar for the other user and cannot restore to full screen

I cant access a bunch of my documents that i wrote yesterday. It keeps saying
i dont have user access privileges. On my other documents it shows an authors

When I open Word it wants to go into safe mode. Once it opens in safe mode it
freezes and will not open any files. I try and close it and it will slow the
computer down. It asks me if I want to save "normal file". How do I fix this?
