When I try to alphabetize a list of names it does some of them but I end up with part of the name still in the wrong order. I tryed with just first names and just last names with the same results. Would like any help I can get.

Word unexpectedly crashes, with no error messages, no 'inform microsoft'. It just simply disappears - including the document I was working on. Auto-recover fails to work - the latest document state is not available. Can anyone help?

Word 2003 will not allow me to fix the column widths in tables. The Table menu "Fixed Column Width" does not work, nor does specifying widths in inches.

I password protected a document in Word and I can't get it to open. I always use 1 of 3 passwords depending on what I am working on and none of them work. I am afraid that I hit a wrong key when I originally saved and can't open it now.

I don't have trouble accessing files over the network or saving a file under the same name, but when I try to change the name, I get a message that says "folder isn't accessible". This started happening all of a sudden (maybe after an automatic update?).
