I have completed a mail merge and want to print out a sheet with the list of
names and addresses of the letter on it.  

I have some conflict when opening links to word files. not sure what is
corrupted.
When I check error message it indicates app name: winword.exe and Mod name:
hpzpm309.dll. This is a new office 2003 suite and seems to be limited to word.

I'm experiencing a delay displaying text on the screen, I can type a
paragraph before the text shows up on the monitor. This happened in Word 2k
so I uninstalled and installed Word XP and still have the problem.

I've got "check for lanuage" swithced off and I keep resetting the default
lanuage to English UK. In control panel my machine is setup as English UK.
When the files are opened on other computers on my network, they open as
