Im trying to send documents by email though word using the Send to: Mail Recipient but get MAPI failure: "Unspecified error". What is wrong and how can I fix it?

The word application opens up with a random line of characters. The spell check is corrupt. these two problems happened overnight and the problem occurs on clients (in a local network)

When I switched from wp51 to word, the header/footer toolbar had tab stops. I did not do this - person who worked here had done it. Now I want to remove them permanently but I can't figure it out.

I use to be able to inseert wav sound clips in e-mail messages. Now I cannot. I don't know what changed. Now I get the message "The server application, source file, or item. Make sure the application is properly installed, and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed."

I get an error message when retrieving a document "document name or path not valid. What would cause this. The document is there. I tried to rename. I opened the document in wordpad, but it doesn't keep the formatting. Any suggestions??
