Word won't open files - keeps telling me they are unavailable. Excel won't

I have a word 2003 document that I wrote in one font.  When I tried to change
to a different font, I get corrupted characters and no text.  I used the

I just upgrated to Office 2003.  Each time I open e-mail with a photo, an
"EZP" appears on my Word tool bar.  How can I prevent this from happening?

How do I number my list so all numbering (with periods following) align on
the right? I am using Word and would like to have every number end in a

when I try to say a file as  Joseph it is save as ~$seph.  I have to delete
it and then have to save it again and it will accept it as Joseph the second
time as the file name

I am having an issue with a document mangement system that opens up word
templates.  When I am trying to create the documents in this viewer i am
getting the message "error 5981: can not open macro storage"  excel and
powerpoint documents are fine and create the way they are ...

After using Word for 20 to 30 minutes, I get Runtime Error messages.
