I'm running Word 2002 on Windows XP, and it's developed the problem that  
whenever I try and save a document I get "Microsoft Word has encountered a

How do I print these stats for a word document once I have them on the

I have a dictionary software that, when installed in my old PC (word 2000,
windows 2000), would create a customized toolbar in word. I have re-installed
the same software in my new PC (windows XP home edition, Word 2003), but that
toolbar does not appear no more in Word.

I recently tried to upgrade from Office XP to Small Business Edition XP.  So
far, I think this new program is a POS.  Besides having to do a complete
install rather than an upgrade, I'm having problems with Word and Excel

User additions to Autotext are not saved when Word XP is closed.  OS Windows
XP. Computer Dell Latitude D610. External keyboard Logitech InfoTouch(tm).

Short cut keys set in Normal or user templates are not saved when Word XP
(2003) is closed.  OS is Windows XP, computer is Dell Latitude D610, external
keyboard (with software loaded) is Logitech InfoTouch(tm).

Buttons added to toolbars are not on toolbars when Word is reopened again.  
Neither repair nor reinstall has solved problem. Problem may have begun when
International character toolbar was installed then removed because the IC bar
kept reappearing in the center of the document ...

My version of Word has recently been upgraded to 2003.
A 'bug' has appeared whereby under the 'Styles & Formatting' task pane,
the button 'Select All' (whereby the current style can be highlighted
throughout the document, refuses to be active - even when its obvious

Using page up/page down or scroll bar near the end of a medium-size document
often bounces me back to the first page of the document. For example, I'm on
page 35 of a 42 page document, hit page up once, and *wham* -- I'm on page 1.
Any ideas?
