I am trying to place endnotes at the end of a section in a document. Even though I select "at end of section" in the dialog box and am sure to have a section break in the appropriate place, I still can only get endnotes placed at the end of the document.

My Word 2003 will not open. It freezes. I have uninstalled and installed it. The computer is clean of any virus problems. The registry is clean. I have not been able to use it for 2 months and I have tried everything I know, it just freezes whenever I open it.
