I have a client that is unable to use the file menu. dragging the cursor
over it or clicking on it does nothing. he is still able to use the view and
edit  and other dropdown menus. to me it seems like a permission setting but
i am unable to find a setting in office.

I have a document that I recently received from Mexico and everytime I open
it crahses if left idle or if I interact with the actual document.  No other
documents have ever done this, nor do they now. It is not a problem on any
other computers. Any ideas?

Microsoft Word doesn't catch "stragety" as a spelling error.  Found under
"Select Language" US English was selected but "Do not check Spelling and
Grammar" was checked.

I run Win XP Pro with 3 user accounts.  Word 2003 runs fine on 2 accounts,
but on the third, the program hangs every time I click on the Page Setup
command in the File drop-down.  I've run the repair function and I've
downloaded and installed all updates and patches for Win XP ...

In Word 2002 (XP) we are using rtf files and using text boxes inside of these
files. In editing mode, the text positioned inside the text box looks fine,
but when we print or print preview no text shows up in any of the text boxes.

When I try to open files in Office 2003 applications, I get an Open Not
Responding message and about 3-4 minutes later the file finally opens.  Do
you have any solution other than reinstalling Office for this.
