When I type in the Word document  the dcoument turns black and I can not type
This is a Windows 2000 operating system with Office 2000 Word.  How can I

I tried to fax a word document (unsucsessfully) including converting to .pdf.

I have a problem where if I have one or more documents open, and I flick
between the two, word 2003 disappears randomly - ! (though it does not take
long to occur)

I opened Word today and the File-Edit-etc. menubar and all other toolbars
have vanished.  (I was not the last person to use Word; it was a kid, but
they claim no knowledge.)  All I have are the rulers.  I tried Ctrl-V to pull
up the invisible View menu, but that didn't work.  How ...

We have an issue here with clicking hyperlinks on a word document in Word
2002 SP3.

I have Word 2000. I recently intalled some updates. I also " cleaned up" my
system, as in deleting unused programs, files, etc. Defragged..
Now when I try to save a new Word document (that I create), in my existing
folder  " My documents" on drive C, I get the following message:

I want to number the pages in my document.  I want it to start on the
second page, using roman numerals, starting with i.  I want the numbers
centered on the bottom footer.  I choose all of the selections for

My office word 12 do not seem to pick up any error in spelling. My default
language setting is English. I don't get why it is not picking up any
mis-spelled words. Can Anyone help?
