I am using Word 97 (we are a non-profit and can't afford to constantly
upgrade!).  Starting about 2 weeks ago, the application suddenly closes down.
No error messages, no warning...just bang, and it's gone!  I haven't done
anything new to my computer, no new ...

Word 2003 ( de ) freezes and needs up to 5 minutes to open certain word
documents.( 1 Page orders , received by our customers)
That situation is, let’s say: suboptimal
What we found out: affected customers use word9 or works2

Paragraph formatting marks turn on when you mark a citation in Word 2007.
Does Word do this in purpose, or is it an error?

Hello. I've a machine with winxp and office xp, and sometimes when i try to
open 2 documents the application close itself. I find the error code
0x005e0eb1 but i don't find anything in www.

Why doesn't Word have styles that work in a consistent, predicatable manner,
like the previous versions did? Lots of bugs and confusion in the way the
styles currently function. Appears the developers don't use word processing
software themselves.

When I attempt to move between two documents, one of which is minimized, MS
WORD 2003 shuts down w/o warning. Recently upgraded from '98, which I used
for years w/o this problem. Have tons of memory. XP. Have all updates.

My MS office ie, words and power point does not
Acknowledgement Times new roman & Tahoma
I can see these fonts in the window font floder.

how do i remove an envelope from a word document?

Computer is WXP Pro SP2, fully patched
White box PC, Pentium III/1000, 512MB RAM, 20GB hard drive (5GB free)

When I open a new blank document in print layout view, the cursor is located
at the proper distance from the left margin, but at the very edge of the top
of the "paper".  Thus it appears that any characters entered would be printed
at the edge of the paper.  However if characters ...

I was given a document that split words at the end of each sentence, almost
as though there is no carriage return character, also with no hyphenation.  
How do I correct this?

I got MS Words 2003 error, no error message.
What's happen is
I cannot see any alphabet (cannot see any texts)
I cannot see letters in the tool-tip-text.

When the "more" selection is chosen to reveal all the styles in the "styles"
toolbar, the top bar (Document1 - Microsoft Word..... etc. etc.) changes to
the old "XP" square mode!

Hi msdn community- it wont let me activate word 07- says that it cant conect

I have a problem with Microsoft Equation. When i make an equation with - in
it, the equation does not show the -. It appears as a space instead of a -.
Strange thing is that if i highlight the space it does say - but when i
unhighlight it again it dissapears again.
