Word 2002 - When I typed a letter and send it to the printer the text goes into a column. Then when I open up a new document I can only type in a column, which I have not selected to work in a column at all. Thanks,

When Word documents are created with Text, text boxes and wordart, only text is being printed. Have three Canon printers that all work OK otherwise. Canon say my trouble must be in the Word programme.

Notice kWh exist whilst kW/h do not exist and no warning appears in MS Word. Conversely GWh exist and MS Word ENG version underlines it as misspelling suggesting MHz instead which in fact exists but has nothing to do with energy units.

I have a 30 page document where footnotes seem to get corrupted. In addition to appearing at the bottom of an earlier page, they also skip some numbering. This is as though there are hidden inserts. When I do a find, there do not seem to be any extra inserts.
