We use Adobe Acrobat version 5.0 which is added as a macro to Word 2000.
When we close Word 2000, we get the error message "run-time error '13', type
mistmatch.
Is there a way of permanently fixing this?

Does microsft word read whole data into the memory before opening any
file.Or it just load the a part of it(like media player).Can I get any
article on this.

In Microsoft Word, when I insert an object via Insert > Object command,
under the Create New tab, there are many fields that are empty with no
text. Is there a way to remove these? Can I selectively remove the
objects that I never end up using, anyway?

For some reason, my Microsoft Word doesn't type properly!!!
I get this problem when I'm typing fast... for some reason, now and then
(practically every 10 seconds) my word keeps on missing out on letters from
words which I type, even when I'm 100% sure I've typed it properly!!!!1

Some weeks ago I discovered that while using Word 97 on an XP Home platform,
as a non-Administrator user I had no access to the Spell & Grammar check
functions.  When going to Tools>Options> the "Spelling & Grammar" tab was
grayed out.

I have a word doc that has a table of contents. Trying to follow the link via
ctrl + click gives me the following error:
"This opertation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your administrator"

When I press ctrl and Print Screen followed by ctrl +V nothing happens in
either notepad or word

i am having a problem with my word but im  not quite sure  of the version. on
'About Microsoft Word' it says 'Microsoft Word 2002  (10.2627.2625)' but im
not sure if this is the  version number.
