Whenever I try to open a Word file I get an error message saying that "the file[file name] is unavailable." It does not matter what method I use to try to open the file, nor does the location of said file seem to matter.

Can you get Adobe to pick up all references in a Word doc and make them (hot) internal links in the resulting pdf??? If so, how?? Thanks

I am unable to access a label page on Word. I end up with a blank sheet with no individual label spots. I have tried various label types and still it will not display as a label page. Any input on what may be going on and how to correct it?

Word inserts bookmarks on its own. I know how to use the bookmark feature, but don't understand why Word does this when I did not select to add a bookmark. I frequently have to delete bookmarks that just suddenly appear in my documents.

The window which results from "Insert->Ref->cross-ref function" has a selection list within it which provides the list of Figures, Bookmarks, Pages, Paragraphs, etc. to choose from. If you lose 'focus' from that window, when you give that window focus again,

When sending a document with a TOC to another user, the page numbers in the TOC all change to page 2 when the document is opened. The original on my computer can be opened and closed all day without the numbers changing. How can I stop this from happening?

Everytime I try to open ANY document or use ANY template, I get the box that asks me whether or not I want to send an error report to MS. Then it shuts Word down and restarts Word, saying it will try to "restore" my document. And then it shuts itself down again, and the cycle ...

My document is set on A4 (21x29,7cm) in Page Setup and it shows OK in Print Preview and Print Layout View, but when I print the document to paper or pdf the footer is printed app 4cm higher up than it should, leaving a big blank space at the bottom of each page.
