remove default shortcuts word 2007 my places bar07 Jan 2007 09:03 GMT8
One of the most annoying features of Office 2007 is that some moron at
microsoft decided you want to save your files in 'my documents', 'my
recent documents' and other useless rubbish bins.
Although it is possible to add your own locations, it seems impossible
MS Word 2007 Document Properties06 Jan 2007 14:06 GMT2
The display for keywords is a small box.  If you type words that expand past
the size of the box, you can not copy those words.  Please note that the
keyword section is important for knowledge management and search engines, so
having a larger display would be much better.

word prompts save as during creation of document03 Jan 2007 16:51 GMT3
Every time I attempt to create a document in Word 2003, just as I'm typing
along, the save as dialog box will pop up.  It will not let me cancel it, but
forces me to rename it and save it as something different.  But, if this
solved it, it would be okay.... it will do this ...

Apostrophe problem...02 Jan 2007 16:58 GMT3
I'm having a bit of a trouble with MS Word... I just reinstalled it,
after having reformatted my computer; and now it's acting bizzarely.
I was wondering if there were several formats for apostrophes in MS
Word and if so, how to change them? Instead of making apostrophes, MS
Word 2003 closes on its own shortly after opening02 Jan 2007 16:56 GMT7
When I open Microsoft Word (or Wordpad or an Outlook message) it closes
itself after about ten seconds.  If I open Task Manager after opening a
Word document I can watch the winword.exe process start off using 11K
of memory, then incrementally jump around 20K at a time until around

purchased a song from itunes I'd like to add, but its a MPEG-4 audio file and
it needs to be a WAV file to keep the music [contained in this presentation].
Is this at all possible?

All of a sudden, Word 2000 refuses to open. Instead, it send me this message
