I have done a bit of research and I am even more puzzled about this problem. We have a user making comments in a document and when they save the document their name is removed and Author is put in its place.

The button on my standard tool bar for showing/hiding punctuation marks seems to be "stuck" in an on position which results in all my documents showing the punctuation marks. Is this a corrupted file? Should I reload the Office suite?
