I have a user here that has shoed me that she does not have the oprion to save in Word from the drop-down. (It is grayed out.) But when you click to close it does give you the option to save. Any ideas why? thank you

I am trying to print a duplex copy of a document. I go to Print, then Properties to select the duplex option (which I know this printer allows for - HP LaserJet P3005dn) but the second I hit Properties, Word closes/crashes. Anyone have thoughts on this?

inserting a picture or object from a file allows the you to see where the desired file could be and begin to browse. But at this point the application dies and a Ctrl;Alt;Del shows the application is not responding.

In Word 2002, I am unable to open files by double-clicking on the icon for the specific file. I first have to open Word with a blank document, then go back and double-click on the file I want. What can I do to correct this problem?
