I am trying to index a very large scientific document, but cannot get Word
2007 to accept that an index entry for 'Cake' would be the same entry as for
'cake' or 'CAKE' or even 'Cakes'. I hence have ended up with less than half
of my document indexed, as if you attempt to put ...

I am trying to send a video via e-mail.  I get a pop stating
HTMLInlineVideoCtl is either not installed, moved or name changed?

I have a user here that has shoed me that she does not have the oprion to
save in Word from the drop-down.  (It is grayed out.) But when you click to
close it does give you the option to save.  Any ideas why?

This morning shortly after arriving at work, I ran Windows Update and picked
up all high-priority updates.
After that update finished, I opened Word 2003 (SP2), and many of the menu

I am trying to print a duplex copy of a document.  I go to Print, then
Properties to select the duplex option (which I know this printer allows for
- HP LaserJet P3005dn) but the second I hit Properties, Word closes/crashes.
Anyone have thoughts on this?

I have been using Word 2000 on my Dell with Windows XP for about 10 months.  
One day it was working the next day I get an error message:

when numbering a list in Word; starting at a. b. c. d. etc to z. the next
letter in the list should be aa. ab. ac. ad etc to az. then ba. bb. bc. bd.
to bz.     but this is not the case.   After a. b. to z. the list then is aa.
bb. cc. dd. to zz. then aaa. bbb. ccc. to zzz.    So ...

Word 97 is crashing on my system (Win 2k Pro SP2), but it is not crashing
others using the same system, Win 2k XP Pro, or Office 2003.  This occurs
with a specific file, when attempting to print.  Within this file, I have a
VBA procedure that intercepts the FilePrint and ...

inserting a picture or object from a file allows the you to see where the
desired file could be and begin to browse.  But at this point the application
dies and a Ctrl;Alt;Del shows the application is not responding.

In Word 2002, I am unable to open files by double-clicking on the icon for
the specific file. I first have to open Word with a blank document, then go
back and double-click on the file I want. What can I do to correct this
problem?

It's quite strange and new to me.
I have many documents of the same type, word2003 about 8 pages of length.
They all contain a table with two columns, first column timecode, second
column text (a sentence of 2 or 3 lines).

I need to automatically stitch a word that's all capped.  Any suggestions?
