So my Word has crashed and it needs to be upgraded or something like that and
I was wondering if there was anyway to fix it without having to spend 200
euros after downloading an upgrade from the internet?

I get blank page prints for text when using font set to Automatic Word.
The only way it will print is when I change the font on black text only
pages to
Font More Colors and pick the darkest in the range of black(dark) options.

After I scroll down several pages, I want to select a certain point. So I
click the point with mouse, but the screen jumps back to the previous screen
