In Word 2003, Page Setup, Paper, Paper size, the "Letter (8 1/2 x 11) option
is missing.  I cannot locate an options or custom setting that addresses
this.  I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same problem.  

Is there a limit to how large a Word 2003 document can save?  I have 279
pages with many high resolution photos in this 652MB document (reported 637MB

Why does Word 2007 stop responding when I try to save, print or exit? I've
