I've been running Office 02 with Vista for about 6 months without issue. A few weeks back, I started running in to issues with Word. I can only open Word in Safe mode. At no point can I open an existing document. So far, here are the steps I've taken:

I have updated from office 2000 to office 2007. Word no longer shows my Canon 8000 scanner. I tried using Photoshop elements and word does not recognize that either. Any suggestions?

Hi I am running Microsoft Word 2004 on a mac each time I try to correct the spelling of a word in the program it shuts down on me So far I have tried to re-install it and no luck I am so confused this is weird it just started happening

When using INCLUDETEXT to insert a table (applying either a bookmark or the entire file), Word sticks a carriage return before the table. This does not happen when including regular text [i.e., not-tables]. Is there a way to fix this, or is it just another MS unwanted "feature ...

When I download or view word documents which I did not create bullet points appear or are created whenever the spacebar is used. I have Office '07 Standard. I'd love to show how this looks, but I don't even know how to recreate it. Has anyone come across this before? Thanks.

When I select two non-consecutive blocks of text (usually two quote marks), and attempt to highlight them by clicking the Highlight button, I get the message, "Word has encountered a problem. You will not be able to undo this action

I have a large number of documents written in word 2003 and when openning them in word 2007 the footnotes appear twice at the bottom of the document in print layout view. In the draft view they only appear once as originally intended. This does not happen in all the documents but ...
