I have an odd problem with Office 2007 being unable to open doc files in
Vista, and MS Word (and all other Office applications) not being available as
programs to associate with files in 'default programs' in Vista's control
panel, or if I right click on a doc file and use 'open ...

this is stupid i used to be able to use any of the templates but no now i
have to go out and by yet another stupid program just to use them like ummmm

I was typing a series of hyphensand when I pressed "ENTER", the line turned
solid.  I am unable to delete the line.  It is not an underscore or a border
line.  There is no small square boxes to point to (when I point to the line,
the entire paragraph becomes highlighted, ...

I am missing the tabs, menus, and ribbons in Word & Excel. I tried recreating
the normal.dotm file as suggested by the support site but they are still
missing on this one PC. I have Office Ultimate installed...I tried to copy a
normal.dotm from another PC with Office Ulitimate on ...

When I try to use the apostrophy in the document, it tabs over? how do I
correct this?

As many people knows, this file make Word 2007 to crash, HP not yet has any
fix for this problem.
Please I want to know, which HP Printer works ok with Windows Vista or
Microsoft Office 2007, because right now, there is two solutions, one to

some time ago, the MS Word 2003 menu bar randomly flashes

I have had a number of computer issues over the last couple of weeks and in
correcting them, have lost my (customized) toolbars. Can you please tell
where toolbars for Microsoft Professional Office 2003 applications are
stored? I am hoping I can reload them from a backup.

I have trouble opening Word, it only allowed me to open in Safe Mode.
I have already disabled the acrobat maker, which it mentioned that it was
cuasing an error, add on but it still does not work.

Almost every time I close a Word 97-2003 (compatibility mode) document in my
Word 2007 program I get a message that "Microsoft Office Word has encountered
a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience." I am also
told that "The informatiion you were working on ...

word opens in print layout mode
most of time, instead of normal view mode  which i prefer
how can i change the settings so that word only opens documents in
normal view mode

I am using Word 2003 for PC. I add 2 text (form) fields in the document and
then insert the calculation using ctrl+F9.
When I protect the document it does not work. Now here is the interesting
part if I remove the TOC and then protect the document it works.

I have a problem which I have experienced for a long time.  I reinstalled
