Word 2007 definitely has a bug in it because nobody can open the word

I have Office 2007 Hybrid, (Word, Excel and Outlook). I get this message
when trying to acces Help in any one of the three programs:
"Cl View can't display Help

A corrupted style appeared in my styles and formatting pane recently while I

I support several remote users through a VPN connection. They get emailed

When I close  Word 2007 I get an error message that it can not open a file.  
The file name it gives me looks like a registry string.  That is the only
problem.  Word is fine until I close it.   This problem started occuring
after I installed Service Pack 1 for Vista.  

When I open a Hebrew document that was created in Word for Windows on a PC on
my Macintosh, the Hebrew does not render correctly. Is there any way to
rectify this? Thank you.
