I have a template that I use to generate invoices. When I save my document
and send it to print , the Heading does not print, even though it shows in

I have tried the following:

The undo option often stops working in Word 2007, with new and existing
documents. Ctrl-Z doesn't work and the undo button is greyed out. It is not
due to working with previous versions (it happens with docx). I have to close
down Word and restart to re-enable it.

When I try to Accept All Changes in a document, Word 2007 freezes.  The Word
diagnostic does not show a problem. Reparing Office did not solve the problem
